The Genghis Khan Statue, rising 131 feet above the vast Mongolian steppe, is the world's largest statue of a ride on horseback. Constructed in 2006 in honor of the 800th anniversary of the Mongol Empire, the statue makes a fun day trip from either Ulaanbaatar or Terelj National Park.
